When I work out how to do a post, I'll put the photo of my Flower Pot quilt. This was the first quilt I did in Kaffe & Amy Butler. I only had about 30 fat quarters to work with and the quilt didn't turned out too great. The background was a joined up Robin Pandolf ( I hope this is spelt right) and there was not much contrast and when there was contrast, it was too much. I don't have any problem now, I have a BIG stash!
But, the girls in my class who made the quilt did much much better with their vast stash and the quilt you see in Liza's GloriousColor website is a quilt made by Sue Belzacki. I always smile when I get my Kaffe stash in the mail, it makes my day.

Have great fun with the fabrics - they are gorgeous.

Cheers, Kim McLeankim mcleanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11186608831103237503noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5438520712984321582.post-49966468649551901602010-08-16T22:25:08.358-04:002010-08-16T22:25:08.358-04:00Welcome to the dark side, Robin :)Welcome to the dark side, Robin :)Lizahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14125222032745592018noreply@blogger.com
