Your panel is beautiful. I especially like the fabric you've used in the wings of the lower 2 birds. just fabulous.<br /><br />Elizabeth..I iron freezer paper to the top of the fabric, then pinch under the seam allowance on the line, and clip into curves, etc.. Then I baste right through the fabric and paper. It saves me from burning my fingers and I can do the basting very quickly while watching tv in the evening.
