I was distracted a bit this past week by these fun little clam shells. I wanted to try one out, didn't have appropriate background fab, and wondered if one could use Kaffe's with shirtings. So far, I am pretty pleased with the look.

  1. How cute! And, how hard! How long did it take to make these intricate little things? The center florals are beautifully coordinated with the solid spikes. I'm impressed.

  6. They are 6" in size which I thought would work with the size of the flowers in the Kaffe's. I did use Inklingo to print the sewing and stitching lines. They stitch up quickly, maybe an hour. There is also a 9" and 11" which would work with larger motifs.
