Me again

First thank you Ladies for having a giveaway in September it is very kind....

I am sure this blog will keep busy no matter what as Kim's designs are just wonderful, thank you Kim.

Now I hope you see the progress I am making on my quilt as the design wall is filling up. I also thought I show the prepared bag for the remaining blocks that need to be stitched, they are all sorted by block design and already cut and freezer paper applied ready for applique.

I also thought I show you the fabric layout we did in the class using our background fabrics so we know what it looks like and it makes the assembly of the blocks a lot easier.

cheers
Christine

  2. Your quilt in progress is gorgeous! You're so organized with your road map and baggies of blocks ready to go. I'll bet it took a bit of extra work at first, but now you can just grab a baggie and do a block any time? :)

  3. I love the way you made a map of colors for your background - that's such a good idea.

  6. WOW!!! Your organization puts me to shame. What a FABULOUS idea, using a legend for your background blocks/colors. That's brilliant!!! The idea of your individual blocks all prepped, bagged and ready make stitching oh so/sew welcoming!!! Thank you for sharing these inspiring tips, Christine!!!
