My Third block

I had this block prepped for a road trip but I had to applique it. So now I will prep another block or two to go.
I did have a marbled orange fabric for the bird wing and changed it after finding the Kaffe fabric in local quilt shop. I cut the wing and tail from the center of a large paisley.
Really made a big difference, just the zing thebird needed.
