Lollipops, Lollipops, Very Happy Lollipops

I am so happy to share with you my first block, I finished my first lollipop block. I have a feeling it's going to be the first of many blocks and patterns using Kaffe Fassett fabrics with Kim's patterns.

I thoroughly enjoyed every step of the process, picking out the fabrics was so much fun, no stress involved, I just wanted my block to look happy. I cannot wait to start on my second block.

I'm so glad that everyone is sharing their work, every time someone posts a block or a quilt I am inspired and cannot wait to start on what they are working on. One block at a time, one happy brightly colored dancing lollipop block. Having an absolute wonderful time putting my fabrics together. I have never had this much fun choosing fabric and working on a project.

Happy stitching to all,

Rosemary

I think choosing the fabrics when using these modern prints is so much more fun than using any other kind of fabric? It compels you to keep going? :)

  12. The green/yellow/purple color scheme is a classic, but without the red "dots," the tree would lack some life. Terrific colors and fussy cutting! You will have so much fun with these blocks! Well done:-)
