  9. I just love this block! Your fabric choices are fantastic. I can identify most of them, but not the ones used for the top swirling pink circles and the upper curving brownish leaves. Do you remember which ones they are? Stunning job!!

  11. your block is absolutely beautiful, I love your fussy cutting. I really would love to know what fabric is in the large red and orange circles at the top that swirl, it makes really happy lollipops.

  12. I really like the dark background, makes the fabrics pop, wish I had better eyes.

  13. My how your colors just glow on that background! And great fussy cutting--especially love your pink flower and the movement in those green leaves around it. Could you tell me which fabric you used in the pink berries/circles near the bottom--they just glow! (And, has someone used some new Kaffe--is it Kites?)

  14. The big brown leaves are a new fabric from Kaffe called "Kites". It hasnt come in yet. We expect it any day. I had some preview pieces that I used.
The top swirly dots are cut from Philip's Shell Montage
The bottom orange dots are from Kaffe's Millefiore.
Shell Montage is one of my favorite fabrics for fussy cutting.

  16. Hi Liza--What are the larger pink dots just above the orange bottom dots? I love that intense pink, and think that fabric belongs at my home. Of course, I'll be watching for the new Kaffe too!

  17. Liza, great use of fabrics! They stand out so well on the dark background. My favorite is the pink and orange swirls on the top circles!

  18. The large dark pink dots near the bottom are from an old Lille Collection fabric. The flowers are wisteria and the background is tobacco. The flowers were about 8" long.
