Catching Up

We'll, I've been remiss in posting my blocks, so figured I better get something up soon, as I have the first three done. I'm having so much fun with the fabrics, although it is a bit of a struggle getting the right balance with the colors. I'm finding it so addictive I've left all my other projects by the wayside! Sorry the blocks are so rumpled, but they have traveled around lately.

Here's Rufus studying the pattern to help with fabric selections for Block 4. :)

  3. These are just wonderful! Not to worry too much about balance of color within each block because when you put them all together, they'll probably blend in beautiful ways you can't even anticipate. Rufus has great taste in fabrics... he'll help.

  7. Love the look of your blocks, Lisa! Your sewing is beautiful and I've grown very appreciative of the skill it takes to make really straight edges as yours are in the bowl stripes and the bottoms of the bases! Have any tips to share regarding that?

Great fussy cutting, especially love the blue vase ( a vase in a vase) They are working really well together.
