Lollipop block number nine
Happy spring,
Waiting for the wonderful spring weather to arrive in Michigan, we just finished having an ice storm earlier in the week. It is just so much fun to pull out my kaffe fabrics and sit down and put a block together. The Fabrics are so bright and cheery and definitely happy. This block is a little different from the others in that it has those blue leaves coming out from the center. I thought I would be tired of making circles but so far I am not. Can't wait to add this one to the rest.
Thank you all so much for sharing your beautiful pictures, you are very inspirational.

Rosemary, Your blocks always cheer me up no end! This one especially. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteWe do need "bright and cheery" in our longitude, Rosemary. I suppose you will be stocking up soon in Shipshe.
ReplyDeletePretty block! Reminds me a bit of a spring crocus--and just the cheery antidote for the drab spring we are having here!
ReplyDeleteIt actually does look a bit like a crocus. It's a very lovely block.
ReplyDeleteThe pinks and blues really compliment each other! Very pretty.
ReplyDeleteStill very cold in Northern Ohio too. The flowers we make are the only ones we'll see for a while? Yours is just beautiful. I love the pink fussy cut on the center of the flower. :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!!!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful. Happy Spring to you too.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous Rosemary, love the blues!! Kim McL
