I have my top finished
In between yard work and gardening I have my top finished. A lot to hold onto while appliqueing around the corners but I stuck with it. I have some other quilts I am machine quilting so Roseville will be a winter project.
Thank you so much for all of the wonderful compliments. I swore I would never own a piece of Kaffe fabric, lol you should see how my Kaffe fabrics have accumulated since last August. The terrific pattern and the beautiful Kaffe fabrics have changed how I look at large floral fabrics. Anxious to start Flower Garden but yard work call and I love the sun.
Denise, It's beautiful! Like you, I've never owned any Kaffe fabrics until I found this blog and bought Kim's out of this world project. Unlike you, I've only just started tracing on my background. Your finished top is an inspiration.
Thanks for visiting my gardening blog! I have to say that your applique flowers are as beautiful as the real thing. I will be back to see more. I haven't done very much applique, but I love piecing and quilting besides gardening! Oh, and I love baking...cooking dinner not so much...
Congratulations on your Finished Your Top is Just Beautiful....
