New sister blog

After seeing some quilters in Denmark starting a blog about Kim McLean's quilts I decided to do the same, considering the fact that the glorious applique blog has reached it’s maximum number of members.

So with permission of Kim McLean herself, there is a new blog for Dutch quilters that are working on the glorious applique quilts.

I would love to welcome you on my blog as a contrubutor or as a guest poster, http://dutchgloriousapplique.blogspot.com/
(Kim McLean in Holland). The blog is in Dutch as well as in English.

    Hi Kim,
    it isn't too hard to get a blog going, mostly templates etc, once it's all set up then it is mainly over to the members of the blog who do all the posts and photos. I could do it, my email is:

    Hi Pip! If you're up to it, I'd love to see the same sort of setup for us here, it would be wonderful to see everyone's quilt on the blog. Let us know if or when you've set it up, so that we can put the site on our " favorite" bar and read it with our morning tea! Cheers, Kim McL

    Hi Kim,

    yes, just send me an email and I add it to the list and an invitation email automatically gets sent to you, you just click on the link and it takes you to the blog to activate it.

    Hi Pip...Thank you for the good tutorial. Like yourself,I was inspired to commence one of Kims patterns after reading a few months of blog on Glorious Applique. Chosen Lollipops...this is my first attempt at handstitched applique(have done plenty of machine piecing)and I'm loving it.Completed 5 blocks.Have yet to learn how to post a photo
