Hi Everyone! I have been reading this blog for a while now. I recognize some of you from Joseph Coat's quilt along. I posted my progress on my Flower Pots through Flickr group. I caved in and decided to join this very inspiring blog.
My Flower Pots progress. I am partial to the freezer paper starch method appliqué. After cutting all my background fabrics, I like to finish all my appliqué pieces and glue them in place. I finished stitching the 2 center blocks and the right side panel. I'm also doing a "pieceliqué" on my circle borders when I need a break from stitching/appliquéing.
Happy Stitching,
Lina
