Off to Houston
Today I head for Houston to work at Market (wholesale) and Festival (retail). I am meeting up with the Glorious Guys for dinner. Then it is work work work for 9 full days. It is fun and exhausting. If you see me, say hello. You cant miss me, I am with the very tall, good looking older gentleman and the not so tall, adorable, cheeky younger man. I will be trying to keep up.

It sounds like a whirlwind of activity? Have fun..and travel safe! :)
ReplyDeleteLiza NINE days is too many of such go go go. But to see the Roseville quilt - live and up close is still on my mind..... how to get into the center with enough energy to FIND it....
ReplyDeleteSo glad you Glorious folks do what you do, it is truly amazing. I sort of would like to be here in 100 years and see what the textile folks have to say about these quilts that are being made all over the world !!! Surely there will be dozens of books written about the them as a body of work - think Amish something.... And how happy some soul will be when she finds her great grandmothers "start" in some trunk in the attic !!!
Pace yourself - NINE days is a LONG time to be ON and GOING...get extra batteries...
Well, you'll have your hands full with those two characters, Liza!!! ; ) But, I'm certain you can manage them, plus the exuberance of all that is Houston - Market AND Festival!!! Have a BLAST!!!
