Pandemonium animals

I have finished the first animal block, the cow. What fun choosing the fabrics! She has a big heart.

The second animal block is Hetty the pink pig.

  1. A cow with a big heart and a pink pig with bluebirds, can it get any better? Fabulous and fun, thanks for sharing.

  2. These are just too fun. They really brought a smile to my face.

  3. How cute!! Great job! Like the big heart.

  4. These are adorable! I'm doing the animals first too. I will try to post soon. Your fabrics are perfect for these cheerful pets.

  5. Beautiful job Janet, can't wait to see more of your work.

  6. I'm doing guest posting for Quilter 501 who wishes to remain anonymous so I can't take credit, they're her blocks not mine but I'm really happy that she's sharing them.

  7. That cow is glorious!!!!

Love the birds on both the blocks!

    1. The birds are especially fun to do. I just keep sliding my freezer paper template over the fabrics until I find a piece that will show an eye possibly, but for sure that two tones the body and the them a natural division. Then the body/tail can be one piece and I just need to add a wing that will show up. I think what I love most about this quilt is the variety of options for EVERYTHING. It can't help but be individual!!!!! Thanks to all who have commented and to Kim for her tutorials and fun, fun pattern
