Roseville Album - my two first blocks

Here are my two very first blocks of Roseville Album.

I completely fell in love with Kim Mcleans quilt the first time I saw it and even though I never have made an applique project before I just had to make one myself.

    Thank you for stopping by and commenting on my quilts...nice of you to say I inspire you to continue hand quilting. But I think it is the other way around; you inspire me. Your applique is beautiful....great work....

    I like the zigzag on the top basket. Is that a Kaffe print? I've not seen that one before. They both look great!

    Hi Summer, Do you mean the green leaves on the flower in the blue vase? It is a KF fabric called Mirage Stripe. I am not quite sure which fabric you are referring to. :-)
