This blog is dedicated to applique. Glorious applique!!! The focus here will be hand applique, but there is room for machine applique too. Kim McLean is the designer whose patterns and quilts we will be working on together. Are you ready?! Let's SEW!!!
Theresa, I think that I would go crazy if I ever would try to make this quilt. Too many fabric choices! Not great for a Libra. LLLLLOOOOOVVVEEE your quilt.
What an excellent idea having used rick-rack ribbon!!! My Hearts & Flowers is a mix of hand and machine appliqué but I deeply regret I haven't hold on hand appliqué... When I see yours it gives me motivation to finish mine:)
oh that is just too gorgeous for words!!!! Love it!
ReplyDeleteoh Teresa...it opened to a full view in all it's glory!

Oooh--really pretty! Your greens really make the lavendars & pinks pop! The rickrack adds a clever accent too--fun idea!

It's wonderful, especially that fabulous green. I'm still choosing fabrics for the centre part of mine (slow process for me, lol!)
