Hi! I am Judy from Oklahoma. I have also just been invited to join. ....Yeah!! I have been following the blogspot but it feels great to be an "official member". Now that means I need to get motivated and get going on my quilt. I plan to start with "Princess Feathers". Wish me luck!

Hello Judye..welcome! I did Princess Feathers last year. It was a fun quilt and those big blocks went together pretty quickly.
ReplyDeleteI look forward to seeing which fabrics you've chosen. :)
Welcome! Princess Feathers is beautiful--it'll be fun to see yours!
ReplyDeleteHi Judy, Yes, I'm a newbie also. Welcome from another newbie. I just looked at the Princess Feathers and it's a stunner. Maybe we should hold hands.:) I'm about to start the Roseville Album. Yikes!
ReplyDeleteI guess I am confused. I thought that you were at capacity, or is there a waiting list that I am unaware of and I could sigh up to be considered? Anyway I will continue to follow from afar as I finish up my Flower Pots.
ReplyDeleteWelcome, glad you could join in on the fun. This is such a great learning tool for most as we have so many different levels of skilled quilters.
ReplyDeleteWelcome!!! May you enjoy your journey and sharing with us too. I shall look forward to your posts. ; )
ReplyDeleteHi Judy, welcome, look forward to seeing your first block. It's not that hard, do one feather at a time, and before you know it, it's finished. Ann Champion finished hers in a flash I think! Kim McL
ReplyDeleteWelcome Judy, I hope to see some of your applique soon. Heather, there were two spots that came up so email me and I'll be happy to add you to the waiting list, these two new newbies were first on the list and it's not too big at this stage.
