Finished block 7 last night. I changed the basket as I wanted to 'showcase' the large tropical print. Used 3 different fabrics for the large flowers and the same fabric for centers. When I layed all my blocks together this one pops the most and is my favorite so far.
Julee it looks great, I am also thinking of doing solid baskets because the fabrics are just too wonderful not to!

ReplyDeleteI've missed marking a couple of stems that laid right in that center mark on the pattern. Caught them though. ;)
