That was fast!

Stars and Sprigs

My that was fast! I ordered my pattern yesterday and it came today. The pressure is on. I am thinking to maybe alternate working on Roseville and Stars and Sprigs, that way I am doing something different and won't feel overwhelmed. At least that is what I am telling myself!

  1. Oh I love Stars and Sprigs. I'm always a little out of the loop, but I had not seen this one. The border (sprigs) are to die for.. I will be looking into this pattern.

  3. Fun fun! I plan to order one soon too (I've been trying to resist, without succeeding) Would someone please post the amount of background fabric needed so I can start shopping? (It's a good excuse to visit the fabric stores again!)

  4. The star and little applique blocks ar 8" finshed. It says you need 6 1/4 yds for the small applique blocks and borders. The background of the stars are scrappy, there are 41! Hope that helps.

  6. That is indeed express service! Kelly, you're going to have fun with this quilt. Might be a good idea if you can cut the pieces for the S & S when you'e cutting for the RA. This quilt is all scraps, there aren't any major decisions to be made with this one. Have a ball! Kim McL
