Design wall
Hi all
My design wall is made from a piece of batting the size of the quilt it is hiding behind when not in use.
The batting is pinned to the wall very easy and the blocks just stay on it without pinning.
I have included some pictures, one is my quilt in front of the design wall, the other shows how I move my quilt and hang it in front of my build in cupboard with hooks over the doors.
And hopefully you can see the little pins used to hold the batting up.
cheers
Christine

Good idea Christine and I love your quilt too, such lovely colour - thanks for sharing - Hugs Nat
ReplyDeleteI love the idea of the 'over the door' hooks. I have two standard doors about a ft. apart in my quilting area that I could hand the hooks over. I'm excited to try it. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteI have loved your quilt ever since I first saw it on your blog. You took Hexagons to the next level.
